Get you a duo the way ZLaner looks at Dr Disrespect. Zack “ZLaner” Lane has been streaming on Facebook, and it sounds like it’s time to talk contracts again. ZLaner’s not only one of the most popular Warzone streamers. He’s also a quality person. If he wanted, he probably could take a huge money contract with Twitch, but that would mean he’d be leaving his duo out in the cold. After all, people still punish streamers for having Dr Disrespect on their streams for any reason. We still don’t know why Dr Disrespect was banned on Twitch, but ZLaner’s got the Two-Time’s back, and you love to see it.

Right now, ZLaner has said he’s going to be co-streaming across Facebook and Youtube, trying to determine what platform they wanted to settle on. It’s going to be one or the other because it’s for sure not to be Twitch.

One of his viewers asked about going to Twitch, but ZLaner immediately shot it down with zero hesitation. “Currently, in the contract conversation with platforms right now with my agency and all that stuff, Twitch is not even on the table. I told my agency Twitch is not even on the table because Doc. I would not be able to stream with Doc.”

Now that’s respect for a friend and duo partner. ZLaner playing with Dr Disrespect has helped his growth, thanks to how many fans went with him to YouTube. ZLaner could have easily just thrown that to the wayside in search of bigger money but chose to refuse Twitch outright, and you’ve got to respect that kind of friendship.

ZLaner made it pretty clear why. “Doc isn’t the only person I stream with, but Doc is someone that has literally shined such an insane spotlight on me over the last little while that I would be stabbin’ that man in the back. He’s probably down for me to do whatever I want to do, but that decision was a no-brainer. Twitch is just off the table completely.”

What does this mean for ZLaner, though? It could ultimately mean that Dr Disrespect could help ZLaner negotiate a serious deal with YouTube to get that bag or Facebook Gaming could throw money at him hand over fist to make sure he stays on board. Even if he stays on Facebook, he could still easily play with Dr Disrespect, so it’s a win-win for the Warzone duo. Now, this is the heartwarming story we wanted to see today.
