by in Valorant | May, 20th 2021

As of last night, Sinatraa returns to Valorant on Twitch and answered some questions from his fans. Roughly 30,000 people came out to support the former Sentinels star in the wake of serious sexual allegations made by his ex-girlfriend, Cleo ‘cle0h” Hernandez. Riot announced the end of their own investigations into the matter earlier this week, and it’s now fully in the hands of law enforcement. While he had been laying low as the dust settled, Sinatraa has been increasingly outspoken in recent days. As he returns to Twitch, Sinatraa has also made it clear that he would love to come back to the pro scene, but it’s very possible he’ll have to find new players to work with.

Questions And Answers:

Though four months of the Valorant suspension remain, Sinatraa returns to Twitch, seemingly unaffected by what’s going on around him. His community certainly came out to support him, no matter what he was accused of. Some pretty important questions were addressed during this stream. In particular, he was asked if he would return to pro play after the suspension was up. His reply was a simple, “Uh, probably, yeah.”

When asked if the Sentinels would take him back, said he didn’t know, and that he’s currently suspended. The team may not even want him back, even with this overwhelming fan support. It’s certainly an interesting thing to see. The reason Sinatraa received this six-month suspension in the first place was that he was reportedly not complying with the investigation in the first place.

The Rules in this case state:

Team Members have a duty to tell the truth in connection with any investigation conducted by or for the Tournament Operator and have a further duty not to obstruct any such investigation, mislead investigators or withhold evidence.

There’s also a chance that further punishments could be levied, should the deeper investigation uncover anything else. We already knew he planned on coming back. Sinatraa returns to Twitch amid investigations into his behavior nonetheless. It is worth noting that Sinatraa removed the “pro player” portion of his bio. He’s still under contractor the Sentinels, allegedly. It could mean that once that contract is up, he will not be returning.
