PUBG New State is the next battle royale game from Krafton, following up on the massive success of PUBG Mobile with a sequel set in the future. The new game is scheduled to come out on Android and iOS later this year, with an alpha test and PUBG New State APK file now available.

To get feedback and test out the game before its worldwide launch this year, the alpha test was announced in the past for New State. Over the past weekend, Krafton began the alpha test, and it is going to be around for a limited time.

This is the first chance for players to get in there and see what this brand new battle royale game is all about. It comes with an entirely new map known as Troi, new weapons, graphics, and much more. There is a reason that this is a sequel rather than new content for PUBG Mobile, after all.

However, the alpha test is severely limited in its nature, only allowing for a certain number of players to check it out at this time. This even includes limiting the platforms as only the Google Play Store users on Android can check out the closed test for now.

Players needed to pre-register through the Google Play Store to have a chance at being invited into the closed alpha test for New State, and not everyone who registered was let into the test. This is also because the closed alpha is only available to users in the U.S.

This can be frustrating for those players who signed up but did not make it into the first test, are on the iOS ecosystem, or are located outside the U.S. That is where we come in. We do have some information to share regarding where and how to download New State.

As with most alpha and beta tests on mobile, especially on the Android side, it is hard to stop players from downloading the game anyways, even when they are not selected. This is because of the APK files that you can find on the internet pretty easily.

This PUBG New State APK file is an uploaded version of the battle royale game’s alpha test file that someone has shared with the community. Through this, everyone can download it and possibly experience what the new title has to offer.

Many popular mobile games in the past have had APK files shared so that everyone can check it out, like with Pokémon GO, so PUBG New State APK file showing up is not too surprising. That said, there are some precautions that we should mention when it comes to these types of files.

For one, you want to be careful as there is the potential for malware and/or inaccurate files to appear when you use this method. That is why you need to focus on sources that have been used in the past and typically are pretty trustworthy when it comes to sharing files like this one.

As for the PUBG New State APK file, it is something that you should search for and find yourself, but I do have a recommendation for a site that I have used in the past. I have not confirmed if the New State APK file is legit, but I have personally used APKMirror for other tests.

That is the site I recommend for finding the PUBG New State APK, as it has been good in the past. However, just downloading the file is not enough as you will need to install it and then download the OBB, or else you may not enter the game on your Android device.

This is done by installing the OBB file Android device’s OBB section with the folder “com.pubg.new state.beta” and you should be able to open the game. If you outside of the U.S., there is the likelihood that you will also need a VPN to switch regions.

But even with the PUBG New State APK file installed, there is a chance that you will not be able to do anything in the game. This is because you need to use an account with the same email address used to pre-register for the alpha test on the Google Play Store.

If you do not use an email that was used to pre-register, there is a chance that the game will turn you away even with it installed. This is likely in place to help with an overload of players. If everyone can install the file so easily, it would mean that many more players than initially desired could appear and potentially break the delicate test servers.

If you find yourself in a situation where you install the game and are unable to play the alpha test, there are a couple of methods that you can try that might work. If you have an email address you already know that is selected for the test, you can use that and be good to go.

Otherwise, you could try pre-registering for the test on the Google Play Store, where this is still possible and then try that email address in the file you installed. It is not guaranteed to work this easily, but there is a chance that you could get in this way. The PUBG New State alpha test is only happening for a short period, with a full launch worldwide later this year on Android and iOS.
