Blizzard Entertainment has announced the Hearthstone May card back for this month. It will be Spring-themed and looks as if it’s adorned in numerous flower petals, perhaps cherry blossoms or the like. Regardless, it seems as if Hearthstone is celebrating the Spring season.
The Hearthstone May card back is great for those who want a change of pace and start to have a lighter, cheerier-looking deck of cards to play with against opponents. For those who don’t know, card backs aren’t cards themselves, but simply a cosmetic item.
It’s a way of customizing your deck so it looks unique compared to other players. Essentially, equipping a card back changes how the back of all of your cards look like.
This is what your opponent will be looking at the majority of the time when they glance at your hand, so it’s important to make sure your cards look nice.
How to Get the Hearthstone May 2019 Card Back
So, how do you get the Hearthstone May card back? Well, all you need to do is play some ranked play. If you are able to successfully win five ranked matches during this month, you will get this card back for your deck.
Thankfully, while this is a decent number of wins, it shouldn’t be too hard to accomplish considering you have the entire month of May to get the wins. Additionally, you don’t have to get all five wins in a row like with some other rewards, so it’s alright if you lose a few games throughout the month as long as you get five total wins.

It’s here that the professional and serious players go to hone their skills, and it can be tough to get some wins here if you are a casual player.
