Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 Challenges Guide

by in Fortnite | Mar, 16th 2020

We are already nearing the halfway point of the long-awaited Fortnite Season 2 in battle royale and things are heating up with the Deadpool challenges this week. Like in previous weeks this season, Epic Games released more weekly challenges for players to complete.

Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 Challenges Now Live

As with every week this season, there are new weekly challenges to complete that include the normal missions that we are used to having every season in battle royale. In addition to that, though, there are some new Deadpool challenges to finish as well.

These new weekly challenges allow the player to earn some unique Deadpool cosmetic items. It is all leading towards the main reward of the official Deadpool skin in the game. As such, players will need to complete all related challenges to get it.

Since it is the fourth week this season, we have the new Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 challenges available. The challenges this week follow up on the previous weeks by having one that is all about collecting but the other one is strangely harder than we have come to expect.

You can find the two Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 challenges below:

  • Find Deadpool’s katanas
  • Deal 10,000 damage to enemy structures

As you can see, there are some interesting challenges this week for players to complete as part of the Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 challenges. We are going to let you know how and where to complete all of these challenges here.

As always, to see the new challenges this week, you need to head to the Deadpool hideout in the bathroom and look at the computer there once you have completed the previous weeks.

Where to Find Deadpool’s Katanas

The first challenge up this week is a rather simple one, as we have seen already in Season 2. You need to find Deadpool’s famous katanas. There are two of them, scattered around the spy headquarters in the battle royale lobby.

The first one is easy to find as soon as you leave the computer, it is right next to it in the bathroom. It is where one of the stalls should be. All you need to do is interact with it to pick it up and complete the first part of this first challenge.

To find the second katana, you need to leave the hideout and head into the main room. From there, select the upgrade area where you can customize your Maya skin in the Season 2 battle pass. When you head to Maya’s room, you can find the second katana to the left of her.

That will complete the first challenge this week, but that isn’t all. There is one more that you must do. It is, strangely, much harder than the first one or any of the other Deadpool challenges this season thus far.

How to Deal 10,000 Damage to Enemy Structures

The second challenge is one of the few active ones that require you to go into a battle royale match. Though we destroyed toilets in the past and not thank the bus driver, none of them have been as insanely as long as this one.

You need to go into battle royale matches and deal 10,000 damage to the enemy structures that they have built. 10,000 damage is quite a lot and it will likely take you a while to complete this second half of the Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 challenges.

Fortunately, you don’t have to do all the damage within one match. You can safely spread this throughout the week and season if you want. Take your time with it and try to get around 1000 damage if you can while you are in the battle royale matches that you do.

However, the one caveat is that it must be enemy structures. This means any building, wall, ramp, and so on that, an enemy player has built in the game. Destroying these will count towards the damage total, which happens to be quite a lot.

We recommend you do this challenge in the Team Rumble game mode. When you do this mode, you will have fewer enemies to worry about but also more time and respawns included. If you die, it’s alright as the match will likely keep going.

This means that you can keep destroying enemy structures and earning damage points towards completing this challenge. To do so, we recommend gearing up at the start of each match and then heading to the circle between the two sides when you get the chance.

This will allow you to quickly find enemies and take down any buildings that they create. Just make sure not to waste your time on any of the other structures in the game like ones made by your teammates. Take your time. You will eventually get the necessary 10,000 points.

Fortnite Deadpool Week 4 Challenges Reward

Fortunately, your reward for completing these difficult challenges are worth it. While you still won’t get the Deadpool skin just yet (that will come later this season), you will get the katana backbling item to start using in battle royale matches. Stay tuned for the Week 5 challenges and more.
