Dr Disrespect Teases Joining OpTic With H3CZ
Is Dr Disrespect really joining OpTic Gaming? A tweet that reads “100,000 RTs and …” with a clip of Dr Disrespect talking about this same thing makes it seem likely. H3CZ and Dr Disrespect go way back too, all the way back to OpTic in 2010 when they put out excellent content together. As the two are close, the question has to be asked: Would this really go down? Does Dr Disrespect even need an org? The argument can be made that he doesn’t really need anyone. But it would bring some serious star power to the already legendary org.
“Come on H3CZ – Sign me up!”
Dr Disrespect teased something like this in a recent stream, but nothing is ever really certain. As H3CZ and Dr Disrespect are long-time friends and have worked together before, if he would go anywhere, it’s OpTic. So is Dr Disrespect really joining OpTic Gaming? The more this writer thinks about it, the more plausible it seems.

How did this chatter get kicked off? In a recent stream, Dr Disrespect had this to say:
“All this talk of OpTic. . . H3CZ. What’s H3CZ gonna do? What’s the plan? Join OpTic, get an unlimited supply of w**d. Come on H3CZ! SIGN ME UP!”
To this, the OpTic Twitter was very quick to drop a simple tweet. “100,000 RT’s and…” is all it said, including the Dr Disrespect clip of him talking joining OpTic. As of this writing, it only has 5,199 Retweets and 46 Quote Tweets, so it’s got a very long way to go. As someone with experience with OpTic already, Dr Disrespect could treat it as a homecoming of sorts. Then you have to consider the personality behind OpTic as an org. Dr Disrespect’s notoriety and attitude fits OpTic perfectly.
While no, the Two-Time doesn’t need an org, it would provide more money and more opportunities to be in the spotlight. The two brands fit nicely together, and it could always lead to Dr Disrespect gaining a portion of ownership over the org. So many Dr Disrespect fans want him to run an esports org anyway. It would be a step in that direction potentially.
However, we have to remember the 100,000 RTs for Nadeshot’s “Sex is temporary, gaming is forever” tattoo, which still hasn’t gone down (as far as we know). This retweet challenge hasn’t gone viral yet when you consider the 3.2 million followers OpTic has on Twitter and the 2.1 million for Dr Disrespect. So while this could all just be a ruse, a bit of fun at our expense, it would be one of the biggest stories of the year potentially, should OpTic pick up one of the biggest names in all of live streaming. The final question would be if OpTic’s content creators would be in hot water if Dr Disrespect joins the team. Since he cannot appear on the Twitch platform anymore, and the recent rumor of Dr Disrespect not being allowed to play with streamers offline, there’s no telling if there would be backlash. We’d still love to see this team-up go down.
