Crimsix Reportedly Hit Huke With Cease & Desist
According to Crimsix himself, a Cease & Desist has been served to both Huke and his brother. The drama behind Huke’s departure from Dallas Empire and to LA Thieves has not stopped going. Huke’s original claims were that he thought he was being benched for getting clean off of Adderal, but the Dallas Empire org stated this was not the case. Huke alleged that Crimsix and the Empire were talking about Huke to other pros, and making unfounded claims about him. Crimsix then promised to out the lies made, but not until after the Stage 4 Major. What is the real truth?
Grounds For The Crimsix Cease & Desist on Huke Are Unclear:
We’re going to have to wait a bit longer to hear from Crimsix unfortunately. The video he promised has been delayed since he’s going to a wedding this weekend in Atlanta. However, we have heard via Reddit about Crimsix hitting Huke with a Cease & Desist. Unfortunately, we have no idea why. This came from a thread on Reddit where The Flank talked about the current Huke situation. This situation is where Huke spelled his name wrong for a COVID-19 test.

In this thread, we hear from Crimsix. He addressed the video he promised recently, and how it’s still on the way:
“I had buddies in different communities outside of gaming hear about the video. Friends from back home texted me about Cuyler’s vid who don’t even game. I’m already 4hrs deep compiling my thoughts on paper, and two cease and desist legal notices in (to both Garlands). The video will be made and Kenny somewhat talked about stuff but there’s way more going on. All about getting this BO2 Methodz sized weight off my shoulders and I want to do it right. Patience.”
The real question is, what’s the purpose of the Cease & Desist that Crimsix hit Huke with. One was served to both of the Garland brothers, making it even more curious. We’ll probably know early next week exactly what’s going on, at least, from Crimsix’s perspective. There are always two sides to a situation, and we’ll know more then.
It’s a stressful situation that Huke is in, absolutely. He openly talked about Adderal, which is reportedly a serious problem in the CDL. He hasn’t been doing so great with the LA Thieves lately, which can only compound the stress. The real question is why Crimsix had to put a pair of Cease & Desist letters out. Perhaps he wasn’t supposed to disclose the nature of why he left the Empire, or something more serious. We’ll keep you up to date as this story develops.
