ASUS ROG Teams Up with Mixer Community
ASUS Republic of Gamer (ASUS ROG) is making big moves in the streaming industry. Today, ASUS ROG officially unveiled its debut on live streaming platform Mixer. The company also welcomed its first six Mixer partners to its streaming division: ROG Stream Team. The new partners include Driggsy, Exellion, JordinLaine, LuckyShots, VinnyB and Simby.
Speaking on the new announcement, Simby expressed her excitement on joining the team and how the new partnership benefits her. “ASUS partnering with Mixer streamers shows the community that anything is possible with hard work. It is possible to partner with your favorite company, no matter the platform. I’m so excited to be able to tell everyone about my first sponsorship finally, and it being with ASUS is mind-blowing!”
A History of Supporting the Community
The debut on Mixer is the latest move ASUS made under their ROG brand since its establishment in 2007. They utilized it to play a more engaged role in gaming communities globally through sponsorships/partnerships, streaming personalities and events.
The company hopes its support of Mixer streamers empowers content creators and up and coming prospects to perform better. Mixer supported communities and streamers thrive on its platform through a focus on creating a next-generation streaming service with the best experiences for users.
“This is an exciting time to join a community-focused platform like Mixer as both an active member and sponsor for the latest additions to our ROG Stream Team family,” said Gary Key, head of marketing at ASUS North America. “We’re looking forward to bringing gamers new experiences through continued innovation, community involvement and support for emerging talent in the gaming and esports scenes.”
It’s a big move for Mixer. We can’t wait to see what streamers rise and become stars through the ROG team over on Mixer.
