Epic Games Releases Fortnite Deadpool Week 7 Challenges

Epic Games released the Fortnite Deadpool Week 7 challenges today on Friday, April 3, which is standard for the weekly event challenges this season. They always follow a day after the release of the normal weekly challenges for battle royale that always happen on Thursdays.

Now that the normal Week 7 battle royale challenges are available for players to complete in Fortnite, it is time for the Deadpool challenges to arrive as well. As always for the last several weeks, you have two challenges to complete this week that will grant you an awesome reward.

Players will have these two challenges to complete, bringing up the total count of challenges thus far to 14 in total. Like all of the other weeks in Season 2, you get another Deadpool-themed reward this week that we think players will be certainly pleased with.

How to Check the New Challenges

But in order to do the Fortnite Deadpool Week 7 challenges, you are going to need to first check them in the battle royale game. If you’ve been doing this for this many weeks now, you likely already know where to find them but for those players who are late to the party, it is rather simple.

What you need to do is head to the main battle royale lobby for the game; not an actual match. When you are in the lobby, head to the second tab at the top of the screen, which happens to be the battle pass and spy agent’s headquarters area.

While you are there, select the vent on the right side of the screen to go to the Deadpool hideout. Select his computer terminal and you will find all of the challenges that you have unlocked. To do the Fortnite Deadpool Week 7 challenges, you will need to have completed all previous ones to even see them show up.

Here are the two challenges that you can find on the computer terminal this week:

  • Find Deadpool’s pistols
  • Enter a phone booth or portapotty to become Deadpool

As you can see, there are some interesting challenges this week, but still following roughly the same pattern as the recent weeks. The first challenge is one that you can do without actually jumping into the game while the other one will require you to hop into a battle royale match.

We are going to give you our guide to these two challenges so that you don’t miss out on the surprising reward at the very end. Without further ado, let’s go ahead and jump right in to take a look at what you need to do to complete both of these challenges, starting with finding his pistols.

Where to Find Deadpool’s Pistols

Following up over previous weeks of finding Deadpool’s lost black marker, stuffed unicorn, and so on, we have to find his two signature pistols lost around the battle pass headquarters. Like the previous first challenges of the week, you don’t have to enter a match for this one.

It is actually hidden within the Season 2 battle pass headquarters and is oddly one of the easiest ones yet to find. If you are currently in Deadpool’s hideout in the bathroom, all you need to do is leave the bathroom that has been turned into a hideout and go back to the battle pass main room.

In there, you will find one of Deadpool’s pistols, located underneath the battle pass challenge table that shows all of the battle royale challenges currently going on. It is next to Meowscles who is sitting down in a chair and also near where the chimichanga was previously.

With that one found, you need to find another one to complete the set. You can do this easily by heading to the agent’s elevator on the left side of the room and to Meowscle’s room. It is on the floor in that room; interact with it to pick it up.

With that now found, you have already completed the first challenge for this week, which was pretty easy to do. However, that is only half of the tasks this week that you need to do and the second one is not nearly as easy to accomplish.

Where to Find a Portapotty or Phone Booth

If you want, you can now go back to the bathroom and check out the new challenge available this week after the first one as it will only show up once you have found the pistols. The second and last challenge this week requires you to find a phone booth or portapotty.

You need to find one of these to transform into the Merc with a Mouth himself: Deadpool. As such, you are going to need to look for either one as they both will do for this task. Enter any battle royale match type you want (we recommend Team Rumble as always) and let’s get started.

What you need to do is find either a phone booth or a portapotty. Both are used for transforming into a disguise so that you don’t give yourself away. In this case, you will receive a very special disguise if done right. There are two main locations that we recommend heading to.

The first is east of Frenzy Farm where you will find a gas station next to the road. Behind the gas station is a toilet area that has a portapotty normally inside (so long as another player hasn’t destroyed it already) and you can interact with it to hide inside.

You can also find a phone booth at most of the five new named locations added at the start of Season 2. Those locations are The Rig, The Shark, The Agency, The Grotto, and The Yacht. Like with the portapotty, all you need to do is interact with it to go inside.

This will disguise yourself normally so that you can blend in with the NPC enemies scattered around these areas. However, doing so for this challenge after completing all previous Deadpool missions will grant you a surprising reward.

Fortnite Deadpool Week 7 Surprising Reward

That’s right, doing this will finally transform you into Deadpool himself and you will be able to play as him for the rest of that match as your disguise. Then, when you leave the match, you will formally unlock your Season 2 reward of the Deadpool skin. As always, you will need the paid battle pass to unlock this.
